Our Internship offer under “Fillip Learning initiative” comprises of the following pattern:
Assistance in college project work.
Fee charged from students : INR 5000/month
Get complete corporate working Exposure.
Stipends may be provided to students based on their interview performance.
Assistance in working on company project work on any specific programming languages
50% of salary as of a “Junior executive Position” will be provided
Company projects will be allotted under team-head guidance
Salary in between Rs.8000 to Rs.12,000/month will be provided
Terms and Condition
Internship
- Any college pursuing students are eligible
- Fillip Technologies will assist in any project chosen by the candidate (Only 1 project)
- Project title should be submitted before joining and get approved with our technical team.
- No change in project title will be allowed once approved.
- It is preferred that the candidate should have theoretical knowledge.
- Candidate should have their own working Laptop
- Candidate will be allowed only 3 hours in a day (Timings will be as specified while joining) and once/twice/thrice/ in a week as per need of the projects which will be intimated in advance by the team head of Fillip Technologies.
- Internship can be made as WFH at any time as per company decision.
- Company is not liable for providing any theoretical knowledge to the students, it is expected that candidates will work on this at their own.
- Candidates will be only assisted in the using their theoretical knowledge to practical workings.
- Students can gain the practical exposure while getting involved in the real-time projects going on with fillip Technologies
- Candidates can be allotted to work on any ongoing projects in the company.
- Internship certificate will be provided at the end of internship
- If any interns, leave the internship in between the specified duration or remains absent for more than 20% of the working days will not be eligible for certificate.
- Performance, attitude and behavior and overall development of the candidate will be mentioned in the certificate.
- Candidates are strictly prohibited to disclose any facts such as project name, client or any data that may have come to their knowledge while associated with the company as being an intern and it will not be mentioned in their certificate even if they had worked on them.
- Interns are also prohibited to connect to any clients or company employees after their internship period for any benefits else a legal action may be initiated.
- Utmost performer will be offered to work with Fillip Technologies after they complete their internship (if the candidate is in the final year of the college) duration as a “Trainee” and will be provided a stipend amount of INR 6,000/month which will be of 3 months in duration which will be paid at the end of the completion period only.
- Any candidate leave or remains absent for more than 20% of the working days will not be eligible for any stipend amount.
- If the performance of the “Trainee” remains consistent and growing then they will be hired to the role of “Executive Position” with probation period for 6 months.
- Candidates selected for the role of “Executive Position” will have to sign a service agreement for the duration of minimum 1 Year.
- Stipend will be provided to the candidates while as a “Trainee” will be 6000 per month Tentative consolidated salary of the “Executive Position” is INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month.
